Volunteer and Concession Volunteer Applications are now closed.

What to know if you are volunteering on the below days:

Friday, May 3rd

  • Enter the parking lot off of 43rd Avenue (follow the signs)
  • Arrive to the main gate / Volunteer Tent by 4:00 p.m. if possible.
  • If you cannot be at the show by 4:00 p.m. please arrive when you can. Show starts at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, May 4th

  • You will be parking at the Indian River County Administration building (1801 27th Street)– check in to get your volunteer shirt
  • You will take the Go Line bus to the airport where they will drop you off at the Volunteer tent to check in to get your wrist band and get with your group (team lead will bring you to your assigned area)
    Buses start running at 7:30 a.m.
  • We ask that you arrive at your assigned area by 8:30 a.m. or sooner. Remember, gates open at 9:00 a.m.
  • Lunch will be delivered to you starting around 11:30 a.m. If you have coverage, please feel free to take a break in the volunteer tent. If you do not have coverage, please send me a text with you name and where you are located.
  • Volunteer Tent – there will be water and snacks at the tent. Take a break when needed – make sure you do not leave your post unattended. Text me.
  • After the show, please return to the volunteer tent. The buses will be bringing you back to the county administration building.
